"Yume Miru 15sai" is S/mileage's first major single release! They've released four indie singles prior to this one. Limited edition A comes with a DVD containing the "Dance Shot version" of the PV, and Limited Edition B comes with the "Another version" PV. Both of the Limited Editions contain lottery cards for a chance to attend a live S/mileage event.
