Mountain road ☆  Today, I took a one-hour train trip To do some training on a mountain road ε=ε=┏( ・_・)┛ Out in the middle of nature, I practiced running up hills... And I got really faint  (￣○￣；) Whew I'd better take some iron... It had been raining a lot before, and the wind was refreshing, so this was a good day... But it might be hot on race day... I'm scared... Anyway, I'm taking it easy today
It's Tanabata ☆  Today is Tanabata Although the day's almost over... Orihime and Hikoboshi can only be together once every year. It's sad, but so romantic It's a cloudy night, but I wonder if those two got to see each other? Have a great time together Tanabata is so great  I'll make a wish too (^ - ^)
Ara ☆  Today We taped "Ara Kantan! Sekai Recipe" (*^o^*) Cooking is fun  But standing in the kitchen all that time... Not good with my sore muscles from yesterday's training... (-.-；) My manager Kacchan who ran with me yesterday has been walking funny all day, probably from sore muscles... (lol) Are you all right...!? (゜∀゜;ノ)ノ
Thai cooking ☆  A photo with today's Thai cooking instructor, Laota, and Hayashi Maya (*^o^*) I love Thai food Today's meal turned out really good By the way, Laota is looking for a boyfriend (^w^) Okay Today's refreshments from Ｏ  I wonder what it is So exciting...  Wow Delicious-looking chocolates (≧∇≦) I shared them with everyone Thank you very much for them  m(_ _)m And now... I'm on my way to a certain place  I can't wait
Walking With Dinosayrs ☆  Today I went to see "Walking With Dinosayrs" At the opening day of its Yokohama engagement (*^o^*) I'd been really looking forward to this, so I was excited all morning... And I got to watch it from a VIP seat  Woohoo (≧∇≦) Actually, I'm an official supporter of Walking With Dinosayrs So when it was first announced, I got to encounter one of the dinosaurs in advance  Even one of the smaller Walking With Dinosayrs dinosaurs had an overwhelming power  Whoa It really had an amazing power (ノ><)ノ But... There was more than just that... Today's show had dinosaurs so big, their heads almost hit the roof of Yokohama Arena  Whoaaaaa (」゜□゜)」 That's too big I was shocked Of course, they had a T-rex  So, so, so exciting They were so great  I don't think you can really understand its power with a photo It was like I'd really gone back in time and was looking at real dinosaurs Guys Please experience these dinosaurs with your own eyes and ears It's powerful (｀▽´) I think I'm going to sleep well tonight [after such a great experience] But, I might meet a dinosaur in my dreams... ☆
New song ☆  Good evening I cut my bangs Today I had a meeting for a TV show And then taped "Karei naru Quiz" o(^ - ^)o There's still a lot left to do today, but I'll do my best And also, the Hexagon All Stars' new song is finished Ta da  "Bokura ni wa Tsubasa ga aru ~Ozora e~"It goes on sale July 14 It's the theme song for the 2010 FNS 26-hour TV I'll be really happy if you all listen to this song a lot and sing along with it Wow... It's almost time for 26-hour TV... Which means... It's almost time for the 24-hour relay, too... Whew I think the pressure is going to do me in... (-.-；)

It's tough.  For the first time in a while, I'm at my breaking point... Last night, I thought I was going to collapse (lol) It's not like anything major has happened, it's just... Not enough sleep... Not enough time off... Lots of things building up... I'm grateful I get to do so many fun jobs, but I'm on the verge of overheat... When I lose sight of what's around me, I reach my limit. And I was really losing sight of what's around me. It was a close call... But I'm safe now After being so sensitive to it all this time, it dissolved in a moment and serious fatigue just hit me with a thud... Anyway, the people around me helped me out yesterday, so I was fine, but from now on, I want to really think about balancing my job and my own spirit better. Sorry for getting so deep this early in the morning... But I'm quick to get back on my feet, and this morning I'm back at full energy again (*^o^*) My usual self Today I'm doing a talk show at Aeon Ayagawa in Kagawa I can't wait to see you all Okay I'm gonna get my power from you (≧∇≦)
Fashion Talk Show ☆ Today at Aeon Ayagawa in Kagawa I got to do a fashion talk show I talked about my own fashion style, and about One Piece (Oh... But it was mostly about One Piece... lol )It was really fun (*^o^*) All these people came... Just to see me  I was so happy  Thank you for filling up the second and third floors too I got a photo with everyone on the second floor as well  I was wearing my hair up  Once again, with the second and third floor fans  I say this all the time, but I'm really grateful that so many people come to hear me talk I'm happy You gave me your power Thank you for all the comments too m(_ _)m
Continuing from three days ago... Sorry this is so late This is continuing from the photos three days ago  Oh... It looks like I'm a kindergarten student (lol) And the old man on the TV... Actually  It was Shinagawa (≧∇≦) Grandfather Shinagawa and granddaughter Yaguchi (lol) Doesn't that look good? (^w^) Heh heh heh... But still, I'm 27 years old and still playing a little kid... (lol) It's scary... show business. On that day, I worked until 4 in the morning, when little kids aren't allowed to work (lol)
New regular show ☆  Heh... Heh heh... I've come to a certain place today I'm at... Here  The place I love The place I really, really love Tokyo Disney Resort (≧∇≦) It's for work (」゜□゜)」 Actually... Starting in August, I'm on a new regular show Disney Channel's "Tokyo Disney Resort My Map!" That's the name of the new show that's starting It's on Saturdays From 17:30-18:00 A half-hour show By the way, it's also rebroadcast Sundays from 11:30-12:00 and 22:00-22:30 I think I'll be coming back to Tokyo Disney Resort at regular intervals, so this feels pretty good Woohoo (≧ε≦) The show's hosts are me and Fujimori Shingo from Oriental Radio We're the same age It's really exciting, because each time we'll have a guest and do a quiz as we're going around Tokyo Disney Resort, creating out own map There'll be a lot of trivia coming up, so I think both beginners and Disney fans will definitely be able to enjoy the show Please start watching in August (￣∀￣)  Okay, back to work Right now on break, I'm super hyper...  And two nights ago, I was completely stressed out...
Tokyo Disneyland ☆ Wow, that was fun (≧∇≦)  My co-host... Shingo We had a pretty wild time  We walked around a lot today, and I got to learn a lot more about Tokyo Disneyland No matter how many times I come here, there's always something more to discover I wanna learn more and more o(｀▽´)o Next time I'm coming on my own time  Splash Mountain It's the best (*^o^*) Disney is so, so, so great
BRANDS for FRIENDS☆ We're right in the middle of summer sale season, right guys?   Sales always get me so excited  And right now... The staff at Ameba told me about a really great sale It's called 『BRANDS for FRIENDS』 It's a family sale website   BRANDS for FRIENDS has things up to 80% off, and all their sales are time-limited So when I looked yesterday... Wipe ☆ [Note: In Japanese, "wipe" is what they call the little box in the corner on variety shows where you see the guests' heads making comments and such]  Today I had a job On an NTV show called "Hadakacchi" Watching videos and making comments on them (lol) I think this show could become a hit They showed some really funny videos I had fun watching with my family (≧∇≦) But... Ariyoshi has given me nicknames... "Deserter" and "Wipe monster" Um... But please don't have too high hopes for my comments... (lol)

Resting ☆  I've been seriously busy lately... I'm going to take it easy today (*^o^*)
I ran...  There are lots of good hills around where I live, so today I went for a run under the hot sun （；´д｀） I went out in long sleeves and long pants... It was really intense... I felt like I was going to faint, but somehow I kept running I can't stop sweating  Sigh... I think the heat is going to be my biggest struggle in the relay...
Striding ☆   I'm training my thighs It's pretty tough... (°□°；)
Inner twist ☆  Recently I've switched from an inner to an outer twist I love it. (≧∇≦) Curly And also Today We're taping... "Ara kantan! Sekai Recipe" It's fun Thanks to the show, I've started getting into cooking lately (*^o^*) I'm still not very good... But I'm trying my best Okay What's today's refreshment from Ｏ?
