Mapo Tofu ~
I did a magnificent job cooking this today.
At least it didn’t end as a failure like the last few tries…
I feel proud about it! (laugh)
What I used to soak the tofu in hot water.
Boiling the tofu makes it soft ~~
And also,after frying some minced meat,I pressed them into a ball shape.
I feel like making some tiramisu for myself since my birthday is approaching ~
Ah ~~ Looking forward to it.
Speaking of which,today’s the birthday of my cooking teacher for today.
How romantic to be on the same day as Tanabata!
I haven’t met anyone with the same birthday as me yet.
Is there anyone among you all whose birthday is today as well?
